To initiate a return request, please contact us first to obtain return autorization. A contact us form may be submitted, or you may reach the returns department at 866-794-3009 ext returns.

MyJeepAccessories Hassle Free Return Policy and 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We GUARANTEE 100% SATISFACTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE. If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified, and is in it's original packaging you may return your item(s) for a full refund for the original purchase price of the product.

Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Certain oversize, overweight, freight shipped items are not eligible for return. Lighting and electrical items cannot be returned once installed.

If you are returning merchandise after 31 days, or if the item(s) were installed, missing components, or not in original packaging a 20% restock fee may apply (please contact us first at support@myjeepaccessories.com if returning an item beyond 30 days). 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Rugged Ridge, Alloy USA, Outlander Automotive, and OMIX ADA returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, regardless of circumstances.

ORDERS RECEIVED AS PART OF A FREE SHIPPING DEAL WILL BE CREDITED THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE PURCHASE PRICE LESS THE ACTUAL OUTBOUND SHIPPING COSTS PAID BY US.

MyJeepAccessories is not responsible for miscellaneous fees regarding defective or unwanted merchandise which includes the following (but is not limited to) labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused and the courier will return the item to us. Please contact us and we will initiate a damage claim and send out a replacement.

Warranty Information

Mopar parts and accessories, 99% of our products, come with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty redeemable at any Chrysler dealer in the country. If you require assistance in submitting a warranty claim, you can contact support@myjeepaccessories.com and we will do everything we can to make sure your item is replaced or repaired.

MyJeepAccessories is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Listing Errors

We constantly monitor our listings for typos and photographic errors, but we’re only human. We reserve the right to modify the price, description and/or photograph of any item without notification. Photographs are intended to be representative and may not reflect the actual product being offered.

MyJeepAccessories is not responsible for return shipping costs. Large freight items ARE NOT eligible for return, i.e off road bumpers, hoods, hard tops.
